Formed as a reaction to the policies of 45 and inspired by the musical angst of a 15-year-old kid, I helped form Noise Policy in partnership with producer, John Hiler, and singer Jack Cummins. I spearheaded the songwriting effort, and rallied a backing punk rock super group that includes members of Naked Raygun, Pegboy, Adolescents, The Arrivals and The Mons.
